This document provides general information about the Web Portal and instructions for registering and accessing the Web Portal. After you have logged into the Portal, more information is available on our secure site at http://www.appliedsystems.com/doc_central/SW-Support/TAMportal.htm.
The portal provides a single interface for your interaction with Applied Systems via the Internet. The portal offers:
Note: You must have a valid email account to register for the web portal.
The Applied Systems web portal provides a customized menu based on your product. By registering to use the portal, Applied Systems can gather information and provide information specific to your needs.



Note: Contact Software Support if you cannot remember your Customer ID and/or phone number.
Note: Your username must be unique, which means that no other Applied Systems customer can use the same login as you. If you receive a message saying, "Username is already in use," try a different username. Also, make sure to enter a valid email address, since your password will be emailed to you.
Note: Web portal passwords are case sensitive.

Note: Passwords are case sensitive. To avoid login errors, it is recommended that you enter your password manually rather than pasting it into the Password field.
I forgot my password or can't login using my new
password. How can I reset my password?
You can either contact your agency's Portal Administrator
to reset your password or you can access
the
http://www.appliedsystems.com home page, select
Login or Client Login,
and select the
Forgot Password
option on the left near the Portal login. You will be prompted for your
Username, Email address, and the answer to your
Secret Question. In a few
moments you will receive an email from Applied Systems Automated Email with the new password. If you forgot the answer to your Secret Question,
have the owner of your agency or your main IT contact fax a signed letter to
Software Support at (708) 534-5576 on your agency's letterhead stating that it
is OK for support to reset your password.
If I have problems with the portal, whom should I contact?
Send an email to
webmaster@appliedsystems.com. Include your client info and your portal
username.
