Never leave your desk again to send a fax message or e-mail document. fax@vantage® allows employees to send documents or faxes from any workstation - even while they are still on the phone with the receiving party. Faxing works just like the print option in DORIS. Special hardware and exclusive software is added to create a network fax server that gives the entire network full integration with DORIS, TAM® and Vision®.

Once your fax/e-mail is queued, you can go on to other work. The fax@vantage server will inform you if the transmission was successful, queued, or if faxes/emails have been received by on-screen message or by printed status report. If the server is down for repair or updating, your submissions will resume when the server is back on-line, providing totally uninterrupted bundled and broadcast faxes, as well as email transmissions for the majority of your electronic correspondence demands.

DORIS automatically creates a diary record for your fax@vantage transmissions in the client file. This integrated functionality is one way of lowering your E&O exposure.
