What is Transformation Station?
Transformation Station is a routing service that enables a direct connection between an agency’s data in The Agency Manager® or Vision® and related data in an insurance carrier’s mainframe. Seamlessly integrated into TAM® or Vision, it uses the ACORD standard XML to exchange agency and carrier data over the Internet in real-time.
Why do I need it?
Transformation Station improves communication between agents and carriers by enabling agents to:
- Rate and issue policies through TS carriers in real-time
- Submit real-time First Notice of Loss
- Bridge their data to a company’s website
- Perform real-time inquiries to companies for:

How much does Transformation Station cost?
The use and support of Transformation Station is included in an agency’s annual Batchback Support Agreement.
